Allie Beth Allman & Associates' urban sales team celebrates sell-out of 1999 McKinney
The Dallas Morning News | Sunday, September 19, 2004

CLB Partners' award-winning high-rise loft development 1999 McKinney achieved 100 percent sell-out in July according to Kyle Crews of Allie Beth Allman & Associates. The 20-story, 62-unit all-brick stair stepped building is located one block east of 2011 Cedar Springs, CLB's first loft high-rise development in uptown Dallas.

"1999 McKinney is now fully sold and closed. We had a great sales velocity the entire past year and continue to have inquiries, daily, from prospective buyers interested in owning a luxury loft home in either of these high-rise developments," Mr. Crews says. "CLB Partners – whose founding CEO, Will Cureton, along with partner Ron Cibulka, were pioneers in the residential development of Uptown Dallas, have now completed yet another signature residential community. The architectural beauty of these high-rise buildings – along with the superb quality of construction and state-of-the-art features – will provide many years of enjoyment to those who reside at 2011 Cedar Springs and 1999 McKinney.

The success of these developments comes as no surprise to Allie Beth Allman, founding President and Chief Executive Officer of Allie Beth Allman & Associates.

"I have known Will Cureton for many years and his name has always been synonymous with quality and integrity. His expertise while an executive with Columbus Realty Trust helped guide the remarkable success of the early development of Uptown Dallas into the wonderful pedestrian-oriented neighborhood it is today," Ms. Allman says.

In addition to its Dallas development work, CLB Partners has recently opened the new Austin City Lofts high-rise condominium tower in downtown Austin.

"Austin City Lofts has set a new standard in Texas for residential high-rise development," says Mr. Crews. "Designed by Larry Speck, former Dean of Architecture at the University of Texas, this copper-clad high-rise ads a new dimension to the downtown Austin skyline, as well as a much-desired lifestyle for many in Austin desiring to flee the suburbs — and traffic — and move into the downtown area. CLB recently sponsored the first-annual Downtown Austin Home Tour, and we had more than 800 people tour the development on a rainy Saturday. The response to Austin City Lofts has been incredible and we are honored to be featured this month on the cover of Professional Builder magazine as one of the nation's outstanding new developments."

CLB Partners also is actively engaged in residential development in San Diego, California. Tower two of CLB's new Park Laurel on The Prado luxury high-rise, located at the entrance of Balboa Park, recently sold-out in record time, according to Mr. Crews.
