Kyle Crews is widely known and respected for more than twenty-five years of developing and implementing successful marketing, public relations and advertising campaigns for international, national, regional and local clients. Industry experience includes extensive real estate and building materials marketing, issues management, crisis communications, community relations, public affairs and professional services marketing.

He has worked as a consultant to – and as in-house sales and marketing director for – FRAM Building group, developer of The Mayfair at Turtle Creek and The Wyndemere at Turtle Creek luxury condominiums. The fully integrated pre-sale program for The Mayfair sold a record number of high-rise homes in a three-month period (60% of inventory). Kyle recently completed an assignment to reposition The Plaza Turtle Creek luxury condominiums and was responsible for all aspects of project sales support, including direct mail, advertising, web site development, broker relations and special events. The Plaza realized over $15 million in sales (late 2001 and early 2002) in an eight-month period, despite national economic recession and terrorist activity.

Kyle was actively involved in the sales and marketing of three projects developed by CLB Partners. These include 1999 McKinney, luxury high-rise lofts in Dallas, Austin City Lofts in Austin, and Park Laurel on the Prado luxury high-rise condominiums in San Diego, California.

Crews served for ten years as marketing and public relations consultant to Robert Shaw and his succession of companies, including Memphis Real Estate, Columbus Realty Trust, Post Properties and Amicus Partners. During this period, he successfully positioned these companies as premier provider of luxury apartment communities in Dallas, Houston, and Denver. His work developing Columbus Realty Trust’s advertising and community relations campaign, “We Build Better Neighborhoods,” earned a Katy Award for Excellence from The Dallas Press Club. His work for Columbus was also published in a national college textbook, Property Management, “Effective Marketing Management.”

Additional experience includes the project launch of Del Webb’s Sun City Georgetown, the first age-restricted, master-planned community in Texas. Also: La Tour High-Rise Condominiums, The Crestpark in Highland Park, Maguire Partners, (Solana); Marcus Cable Company, Carrozza Investments, The Staubach Company, Rosewood Property Company and Rosewood Hotels, City of Dallas, (The Dallas Plan and the 1996 Salute to the Boys Cowboys Parade), Club Corp, and Ebby Halliday REALTORS.

A 1978 graduate of Texas A&M University, (Journalism/Political Science); Kyle helped establish the Office of School Relations for A&M while pursuing post-graduate studies. This pioneer recruitment program for National Merit Scholars and outstanding minority students has since been emulated at colleges and universities across the nation. His early achievements in the Dallas advertising industry were featured by Texas A&M Press in 1988 in the College of Business textbook, Sales Management.

Kyle is a past board member of the National Association of Real Estate Editors, (NAREE), and remains an active Executive Committee member. He has also served on the NAREIT Editorial Board. He is past chairman of the Uptown Dallas Neighborhood Association and is active with the Lee Park & Arlington Hall Conservancy, The Turtle Creek Association, and the McKinney Avenue Transit Authority, (MATA). He holds a real estate license in the State of Texas with Allie Beth Allman & Associates.
