Annamari Anthony joined Allie Beth Allman and Associates when the company reopened its office in Highland Park the summer of 2003. She has developed a strong clientele in the Highland Park, Lakewood, North Dallas and Uptown neighborhoods. Annamari is a founding member of Allie Beth URBAN which specializes in the marketing and sales of condominium projects in urban areas.
In the first year of URBAN, Annamari has helped coordinate marketing and sales for client CLB Partners at their luxury loft high-rise project 1999 McKinney and Austin City Lofts and also provided support for the two month $60 million+ sellout of CLB’s San Diego project, Park Laurel on the Prado. She was also involved in the positioning and marketing of Fairfield Residential’s Austin loft residences, Milago. The Spring 2005 sales launch of Milago resulted in 200 of the 240 condominium homes being reserved in the first 90 days of the sales effort, making Milago one of the most successful condominium sales projects in the Southwest.
Annamari is also assisting Realty America Group in the redevelopment of the former Mockingbird Hilton Hotel site into the new Residences at Hotel Palomar. This mixed-use development will include 77 luxury condominiums, a 4-star Kimpton Palomar Hotel and 25,000 square foot of boutique retail space, when completed in Summer 2006. Annamari is also working with Prescott Realty Group in the development of the new 21-story, 97-unit Stoneleigh Residences, to adjoin the soon-to be renovated Stoneleigh Hotel.
As a multi-million dollar producer, Annamari, has sold homes in the Lakewood, North Dallas and Oak Cliff areas. She has also sold condominiums in buildings such as The Mayfair and 1999 McKinney. Annamari has contracted many of her clients to new developments in Dallas and Austin such as The Residences at the Ritz Carlton, The W Residences, The Residences at Hotel Palomar and Milago Condominiums in Austin.
Prior to becoming a realtor, Annamari worked in Washington DC with Congressman Jerry Lewis for three years as a legislative assistant. She attended Georgetown University and acquired a Masters in Arts of European Policy Studies. She is an alumnus of University of Texas, where she graduated with an English Honors and Government degree.
