Francesca Allegra Markham is a partner of The Perry, Allegra, Schlegel Real Estate Group, a top producing team at Allie Beth Allman & Associates. Alex Perry, Francesca Allegra Markham, and Kari Schlegel, were named Vice Presidents of Allie Beth Allman in January of 2010, and are all graduates from the Cox School of Business at Southern Methodist University with degrees in everything from Marketing to Real Estate Finance.

Helping individuals and families buy and sell their homes has become a true passion for each of us over the years. We feel that our personal network of clients and friends exemplify the market that we serve on a daily basis and the prospective buyers for the property.

We specialize in all areas of Dallas, primarily Park Cities, Preston Hollow, Uptown and Lakewood. While each member of our group plays an equal role in helping to show, market, and sell properties, Alex adds extra focus on responding to market values, Francesca on marketing, and Kari on networking an PR. We are always careful to coordinate meetings and travel schedules so that at least one of us is available to meet your needs at all times.
