Alison Bristol
Sales Associate
Alison was born outside of London, England and raised in San Antonio where she received her BBA in Marketing from the University of the Incarnate Word. She moved to Dallas in 1998 and has lived in the neighborhoods of Uptown, Turtle Creek and currently Bluffview.
Prior to real estate, she gained her expertise in sales and marketing as the Marketing Director for a National restaurant chain and worked as a Regional Accounts Manager for a prestigious wine and spirits company. She achieved top sales honors with both of these companies.
After several years in highly competitive sales, she made a natural transition into residential sales where her high energy, strong negotiation skills and results-oriented drive have reaped exceptional results for her clients. As a full-time top producing agent, she prides herself on staying extremely well-informed to the ever-transforming trends and developments in the Dallas market.
Not only has Alison proven herself as a top agent in residential sales, she has demonstrated her marketing ability by forming House No. 9 staging and design company with her sister, Jenny Goodson. Both women have showcased their creative talents in marketing properties for homeowners, realtors and developers throughout the Metroplex. Some of their well-known projects included West Village lofts and the Residences at Hotel Palomar.

Her husband, Murray Bristol, is a partner for the law firm of Bristol & Dubiel LLP. He is a former resident of the M streets and Lakewood. Alison enjoys traveling with her husband, photography and interior design.
