Her insights and experience with pricing of the property; assisting in preparing the property for sale; and advertising the property to a target audience result in the timely sale of the property for her clients.
For buyers, Sheryl listens carefully to the needs of her clients and uses her market knowledge in finding the ideal home. Sheryl's experience as a builder gives the buyer insight into the quality of the homes. In addition, her experience gives the buyer a realistic understanding of the time and cost for future home improvements.
