Bill Williams
Vice President
Bill has been a licensed broker in the State of Texas since 1980. During this period of time, with prior partnerships and associations, he has sold or syndicated over $100 million dollars worth of Retail, Residential, and Multi-Residential properties situated in the Dallas/Fort Worth Metro area. Prior to his affiliation with Allie Beth Allman, he was chief executive of Touchstone Realty Advisors, Inc. and President of Westover Realty, Inc. His past customers and clients are considered friends as they refer business to him on a consistent basis. He and his wife Marsue are considered very knowledgeable in Dallas’ established neighborhoods and possess high level energy necessary to getting deals closed in today’s environment.
A Dallas native, Bill was a graduate of Henderson State University in Arkansas with a major in Marketing and a minor in Accounting. His sales experience began with the Southwestern Company of Nashville, Tennessee working during the summer months that paid for college expenses. He is a Dale Carnegie graduate and his negotiating skills are exemplary. Bill and his wife, Marsue are the recipients of the Pinnacle Producer Award for 2004 for Allie Beth Allman & Associates recognizing them in a select group of top producing agents for the company. Additionally, with their 2004 production, Marsue and Bill rank in the top 10% out of 900,000 brokers and agents nationwide.
Marsue and Bill live in a 1920’s frame house that they restored in Old East Dallas. They are involved in Preservation Groups around the City of Dallas, Board Member for Blood N’ Fire Foundation, Charter Members of The Love of The Lake and a Member of The Dallas Historical Society. Bill also is a Master Mason and a Member of Hella Shrine Temple.
